Berlin Raceway started out as a 1/2-mile dirt oval but eventually was changed to its current 7/16-mile oval format. Berlin races every Saturday night with various stock car classes with specials throughout the season. Berlin is unique in the fact they race both on blacktop and dirt during the season. Every fall Berlin officials cover the track with clay for three weeks of dirt track racing.
